2. TERMS OF SALE

All sales of products made via the Site will be on the basis of these Terms of Sale.

2.1 PLACING ORDERS AND CONTRACT CREATION

·You will be guided through the ordering process on the Site. By clicking the "Pay" button (or equivalent, depending on the payment method selected), you place an order.
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the products ordered. This is not an acceptance of your order.
We will send a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. A contract is formed when this email is sent.
If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and process a refund where necessary.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from the Site.

2.2 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DESCRIPTION

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice.
Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund.

2.3 PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

2.4 DELIVERY

We ship using Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimated and subject to delays.
Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
Print-on-demand products are fulfilled by a third party and may arrive separately from orders fulfilled directly by us.

2.5 CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product and receive a refund.
Returns must be in original condition, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Print-on-demand products fulfilled by Printful are non-refundable unless defective.

3. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

All products are provided "as is" without warranties unless otherwise stated by law.
We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from product use.

4. TERMS OF USE

4.1 USAGE RESTRICTIONS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Dust Boy Films and may not be reproduced without permission.
You may not use the Site for unlawful or commercial purposes.

4.2 USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

By submitting feedback or reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and distribute your content.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
